Oversea Orders:

For Orders outside Australia, you are likely to incur higher shipping costs, if you have not paid enough when ordering we will contact you before despatching orders.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

If you want to return any products please contact us prior to doing so as any items returned to us without notification will be returned to sender.

Refunds will be processed through the same channel as the original purchase.  Payments through Paypal will be refunded to the same Paypal account on the original purchase.  You are entitled, within 12 months of purchase to a full refund or a replacement product (less postage fees) if the product ceases to work, or becomes defective in some way arising from the normal use of the product, or manufacturing fault.  

The customer remains liable for all shipping charges for returns to us unless otherwise agreed.  Refunds and replacements will only be issued once we have received the item in the condition specified in your initial returns email.

Shipping:

Orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days upon receipt of cleared funds.
